Workout history

Here, you can view and manage your completed activities. To view an activity, simply tap on it.

Open History from the phone bottom navigation bar. Activity cards show route thumbnails where available; tap a completed activity to review its summary and laps. Lap numbers use the interval effort colour. History respects your device time format.

Managing

Activities can be managed using the icon. The available secondary actions for activities are:

• Upload

  Use this option to manually initiate an upload of an activity.

• Delete

  Use this option to permanently delete the activity.

• Save (phone only)

  Export the activity as a FIT file. Android asks where to save it unless you have configured a folder in Connected services > Local File. See Local FIT export for folder setup, automatic export and subscription requirements.
